However, I don’t think my contributions would suffice for a full-fledged service 😅. I see this more as wearing one hat among many—like usability, accessibility, or others—that collectively shape a well-rounded product evaluation. Each hat brings its own unique focus and insights.
Positioning TAM as the pinnacle of evaluation would feel shortsighted on my part. Instead, I see it as a valuable psychological lens for gaining a better understanding of customer behavior.
