In contrast, Gen Z often turns to sources like TikTok, which are tailored to deliver intense emotions quickly.

Abuse of copyright and privacy in artworks is indeed a problem. It seems like more tools are being developed, but laws are not being established at the same speed. The AI Act has some restrictions regarding the use of artworks protected by copyrights, but these are buried within its 400 pages. It states that the authorization of the rightsholder needs to be requested. However, if it wasn't... well, who would know? Especially given that many AI systems don't explicitly communicate how the content is generated.
